Sports & Exercise

The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. And the benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning to swim or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Our youth sports and exercise programs include:

Children's Yoga
Hip Hop
Soccer Club
Basketball Club
Munchkin Triple Play (3-5 yrs)

Basketball, soccer and baseball fundamentals will be explored in this energetic 45-minute class. This trio of sports will provide an exciting way to get kids moving while learning a valuable skill set! Join us as we learn about dribbling, dodging and diamonds!

Super Hero Training

Cape wearing, high-flying fun for children ages 3-5! Come and explore gross motor games with an emphasis on community heroes and service. Kids will have a great time exercising, performing daring acts of strength, speed and rescue and finding the super hero within! Super hero costumes encouraged.

Exploring Dance (3-5 yrs)

Exploring dance in many forms, this class teaches fundamentals of movement valuable in all dance! Through traditional exercises and creative play, our little dancers will begin to learn dance vocabulary and skills of ballet, hip hop, modern, hula and more. Each session explores a different theme, keeping students engaged and supporting ongoing dance training.


Introducing youth to Archery!  This class concentrates on range rules, safety rules, range courtesy and fundamentals of archery, and is taught using a recurve bow.  This class is appropriate for those who have never shot a bow, or those with little previous experience.  Fun challenges will be presented along the way.

Hip Hop

Energetic and fun, hip hop dance is a great outlet for kids!

Dance with Me

Watch your little one(s) learn rhythm skills, traditional dance vocabulary, and more! For 2-3 year olds and their care givers. 

Dance Club

Students will discover multiple studio dance styles and will create their own dances with peers to perform during the last class. For ages 6-9.


Open to multiple ages; join us to learn valuable and exciting martial arts skills through respect, hard work, and dedication.
