In Memory of Leon Gorman
Published: 09.08.15 -

A supporter and friend of the YMCA of Southern Maine for over 20 years, we are saddened by the loss of Leon Gorman.

We thank Leon for not only helping to build our Casco Bay Branch in 1998, but his commitment to improving the lives of the people of Southern Maine and beyond.  Leon’s philanthropic efforts were plentiful. From the United Way of Greater PortlandPreble Street, to Maine Audubon, Leon will not only be remembered and celebrated as a businessman, but a community leader, inspiration, and friend.
