Short overnights give children a unique opportunity to learn more about themselves and the world around them. We are committed to the core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, and believe these opportunities will further enhance the lives of campers.
The camp staff have been specifically chosen for these overnight camps based on their experience, commitment, and dedication to all things camp! They are as eager as the campers to make this a rewarding and fun experience for everyone.
Overnights at In-Town Camp and Camp Sokokis are open to all YMCA campers. Overnights at Otter Pond Camp are open only to campers enrolled at Otter Pond that same week.
Overnights are available for an additional $80 fee per child.

Financial Assistance & State Subsidy/Voucher Programs
At the Y, we believe all kids should have the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve through programs like camp. That’s why we are committed to serving everyone, regardless of ability to pay. Financial assistance is available, using a sliding scale based on household income. No one is turned away, so please ask! We also accept Aspire and other State subsidies and vouchers. For more information, please click here.
It is only through the generous support of individuals, businesses, and organizations in our community that we are able to provide this need-based financial assistance. Because of their generosity, the YMCA of Southern Maine provided more than $1.2 million in financial assistance and program support to children last year, giving more children access to summer camp and other youth development programs that nurture their potential.
Please see your camp's page for more information.
