School Age Child Care

With a focus on safety, health, social growth and academic enhancement, our School Age Child Care programs serve kindergartners through middle schoolers with a variety of programmatic and activity options to explore and develop their interests and talents.

In our School Age Child Care programs, kids build self-esteem, values, and positive relationships with their peers and the YMCA staff.  You'll know your children are growing and exploring their potential while having fun!

Join the YMCA School Age Child Care programs and your kids will experience a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere every day.

OUR GOALS ARE:

  • Ensure kids are interacting with peers and positive role models.
  • Foster the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
  • Offer fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage self-esteem and growth in areas such as health & wellness, homework assistance, arts, sports & recreation, choice time, and more!
  • Provide an environment where children are active learners, make choices, have responsibility for their actions, and understand limits.
  • Build a trusting relationship between parents, children, and staff where there is mutual respect and frequent communication.
