Building stronger communities through housing stability and support
At the YMCA of Southern Maine, we believe every child deserves the stability that comes with a safe, secure home. Our Family Stability Program connects families facing housing challenges with the resources and support they need to build a more secure future.
How We Help
The Family Stability Program is a case management service designed to strengthen families through:
- Financial guidance to help families increase their financial stability
- Rental navigation to help maintain current housing, prevent eviction, and support landlord communication
- School stability to ensure children can remain in their current school
- Long-term planning to build sustainable housing security
Through caring guidance and practical resources, we work alongside families to create lasting positive change.
