WELLNESS
Group Exercise Classes - unlimited in-person and online group exercise classes included with membership, no registration needed!
Wellness Center - A variety of cardio and weight machines are available, along with free weights. Please see our Youth Facility Access Chart for guidance on usage by children under 15.
Orientation - Gain confidence and familiarity with a complimentary 30-minute orientation to the wellness area. Orientations are scheduled with one of our Fitness Specialists who will introduce you to the equipment and answer any questions.
Personal Training - Looking for more individualized support, or want to shake up your work out plan? YMCA Personal Training is available in 30 and 60 minute sessions for an additional fee.
Saunas - (Available in Biddeford and Portland). Enjoy the relaxing heat of our saunas.
SWIMMING
Pools - Enjoy swimming, group classes, water exercise or family fun.
Swim Lessons for Youth & Adults - Build confidence in water and a life-long activity with swim lessons at the Y. Available for people of all ages for an additional fee. Household memberships enjoy priority registration and reduced fees.
Swim Club - (Currently available at our Casco Bay branch) Our non-competitive Swim Club is perfect for kids looking to take their interest in swimming to the next level! Swimmers build confidence in their swimming skills all while making new friends and learning what it means to be a part of a team. Swim club meets twice a week for 8 weeks.
Family Fun
These programs are available exclusively to Household Memberships.
Prime Time “While-You’re-Here Child Care" - Parents/guardians enjoy classes, swimming, working out or simply relaxing at the Y knowing their children are having fun in the care of trusted YMCA staff. (Ages 1.5 – 10 years.)
Family Play Space - (Currently available in Portland and Freeport) Our Family Play Space is an indoor playground for children to play with parent/guardian supervision. (Ages 11 and under.)
Birthday Party Rentals - Make your next celebration one to remember with a Splash or Play party at the Y! Parties include one hour in the pool or play space, and one hour in our party room for food and gifts. Available for an additional fee.
