HEPA Standards & Let's Go!

Healthy Eating and Physical Activity Standards (HEPA) are established standards aligned with the Institute of Medicine (IOM) recommended standards for early learning programs, the Healthy Out-of-School Time Coalition (HOST) standards for after-school programs, and Let’s Go! Standards for reducing childhood obesity.  We are ensuring that these standards are incorporated in our Child Care programs, including:
